Crew Member:

De Crew member is flexibel en kan zich aanpassen aan elke situatie. Hij/zij neemt actief deel aan het leven in het restaurant en heeft als belangrijkste missie om de klanten tevreden te stellen. De verantwoordelijkheden kunnen variëren afhankelijk van het moment van de dag. Hij/zij kan altijd rekenen op zijn/haar teamgenoten om bij te leren en de taken tot een goed einde te brengen.

Mijn rol in het team

  • Veelzijdig en alert, ik sta midden in de actie
  • Tussen de kassa, de zaal en de keuken bereid ik bestellingen zorgvuldig en bezorg ik klanten een glimlach!
  • Ik ben er altijd om mijn teamgenoten te steunen, en zij helpen mij ook om zelfvertrouwen op te bouwen – in een geweldige sfeer.
  • Ik draag bij aan de kwaliteit, voedselhygiëne en netheid in het restaurant.
