Du arbeitest gerne selbstständig, hast Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und behältst auch in den Nachtstunden den Überblick? Dann unterstütze unser Team an der Rezeption und sorge dafür, dass sich unsere Gäste rund um die Uhr gut aufgehoben fühlen.

Deine Aufgaben:

* Herzliche Gästebetreuung und Gastgeberrolle - In der Nacht und in den frühen Morgenstunden

* Durchführung von Late/Early Check-Ins und Check-Outs

* Telefonischer und persönlicher Ansprechpartner für Gäste

* Abwicklung anfallender Gästewünsche und Fragen

* Regelmäßige Kontrollgänge im gesamten Hotel

* Unterstützung des Rezeptions-Teams am späten Abend sowie am frühen Morgen

* Vorbereitung und Nacharbeit des täglichen Rezeptionsablaufes

* Entgegennahme und Kontrolle der Kellnerabrechnungen

Dein Profil:

* Du nutzt den Tag und schätzt die Pflichten und Vorzüge der Nachtarbeit

* Du hast Erfahrung im Bereich Rezeption, Nachtportier, Night Audit oder möchten diese sammeln

* Du bist eine Gastgeber-Persönlichkeit mit Herz

* Du hast Freude am Umgang mit Menschen

* Du hast eine zuverlässige Arbeitsweise mit hohem Qualitätsbewusstsein
