Als notarieel dossierbeheerder krijg je een functie met inhoud, verantwoordelijkheid en de nodige variatie. Je krijgt de kans om zelfstandig dossiers te behandelen en tegelijk te kunnen rekenen op de kennis en ondersteuning van ervaren notarissen en collega’s. Concreet zal je:

  • Notariële dossiers van A tot Y behandelen, waarbij je instaat voor een correcte en efficiënte opvolging.
  • Juridische vraagstukken analyseren en complexe materie vertalen naar helder en praktisch advies.
  • Akten, overeenkomsten en andere juridische documenten voorbereiden en opstellen.
  • Cliënten persoonlijk begeleiden en ervoor zorgen dat zij op ieder moment weten waar hun dossier staat.

Profiel

  • Een juridische basis zoals bachelor rechtspraktijk of master rechten.
  • Grote motivatie of passie om je verder te verdiepen in het notariële vakgebied.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd, zonder het overzicht te verliezen.
  • Je communiceert vlot en vindt het belangrijk om cliënten op een duidelijke en menselijke manier te begeleiden.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken, maar voelt je tegelijk goed binnen een hecht en samenwerkend team.
