Over het kantoor

Audace ondersteunt een notariskantoor net buiten het centrum van Gent bij de zoektocht naar een nieuwe collega. Een kantoor waar kwaliteit en menselijkheid samengaan, in een modern en lichtrijk gebouw dat meteen rust en focus geeft.

Het verschil zit in de mensen: drie notarissen en een warm en collegiaal team. Je stapt vlot binnen bij de notarissen en ook de collega’s helpen elkaar spontaan. Het zeer lage verloop bewijst dat het er zeer fijn werken is.

Je krijgt alle ruimte voor autonoom dossierbeheer, met een grondige opleiding van een zestal maanden en vaste overlegmoment waardoor je nooit met een vraag blijft zitten. Groeien kan hier, eender op welk moment in je carrière.

Het takenpakket

Een gevarieerd pakket dat meegroeit met je ervaring:

• Eigen dossiers van A tot Z. Je beheert ze zelfstandig, met de ruimte om je in bepaalde domeinen verder te verdiepen. Verkoopdossiers horen er voor iedereen bij, zo blijft het werk mooi verdeeld.

• Aanspreekpunt voor cliënten. Je vertaalt complexe materie naar helder advies en bouwt zo een vertrouwensband op.

• Samen sterk. Je werkt nauw samen met je collega’s, met het 4-ogenprincipe op elk dossier en wekelijks overleg als garantie voor kwaliteit.

Jouw profiel

We zoeken een enthousiaste juriste met een 3-tal jaar ervaring. Heb je deze jaren nog niet op de teller? Laat toch even van je horen en dan bekijken we of er een match kan zijn.

• Master in de rechten. ManaMa Notariaat is een pluspunt maar geen must. Ervaring in het notariaat, vastgoedrecht en/of familierecht bij voorkeur wel.

• Voeling voor het notariaat. Je hebt interesse in verschillende domeinen en wil je kennis blijven verbreden.

• Vlot met mensen. Rechtstreeks contact met cliënten ligt je en je stelt je graag op als adviseur om juridisch materie te vertalen waar nodig.
