Voor een notariskantoor dicht in de buurt van Meppel, gespecialiseerd in onroerend goed en personen- en familierecht, zoeken we een Notarieel Medewerker Onroerend Goed die van intake tot notariële akte het hele dossier beheerst. Ons aanbod - Salaris tussen € 2.700,- en € 4.100,- bruto per maand op basis van 37,5 uur; - 25 vakantiedagen per jaar; - 8% vakantiegeld; - Betaalde pauzemomenten voor een wandeling of een potje tafeltennis met collega's; - Hybride werken, in overleg met het team; - Ruimte om bij te leren via interne begeleiding en externe cursussen op het gebied van onroerend goed en juridische advisering. Verwachtingen van het kantoor - Zelfstandig behandelen van onroerend goed-dossiers, van opening tot passering; - Opstellen en controleren van aktes en bijbehorende processtukken; - Het bewaken van de juridische toetsing per dossier; - Onderhouden van contact met cliënten, makelaars en adviseurs; - Afstemmen met de notaris over dossiervoortgang en knelpunten. Jouw kwaliteiten - Een afgeronde opleiding op hbo-niveau richting notarieel recht of rechtsgeleerdheid; - Minimaal 2 jaar werkervaring binnen het notariaat, bij voorkeur in onroerend goed; - Nauwkeurig, stressbestendig en in staat om meerdere dossiers tegelijk te beheren; - Goede beheersing van het Nederlands en Engels is een vereiste.
