The posting

  • Je bent het technische aanspreekpunt voor collega's bij complexe storingen en technische vraagstukken.
  • Je begeleidt techniekers tijdens troubleshooting en helpt hen om technische problemen efficiënt op te lossen.
  • Je ondersteunt de dagelijkse operationele aansturing en zorgt voor een kwalitatieve uitvoering van de werkzaamheden.
  • Je organiseert toolboxmeetings en veiligheidsbriefings.
  • Je begeleidt nieuwe collega's en deelt actief jouw technische kennis.
  • Je voert zelf preventief onderhoud, interventies en herstellingen uit aan PV-installaties, batterijsystemen en andere energie-installaties.
  • Je analyseert storingen aan onder meer zonnepanelen, strings, omvormers en elektrische verdeel- en beveiligingssystemen.
  • Je voert technische controles uit en zorgt ervoor dat installaties na interventies veilig opnieuw in gebruik kunnen worden genomen.
  • Je ondersteunt bij de opstart en indienstname van nieuwe installaties.
  • Je signaleert verbeterpunten en helpt werkmethodes en technische processen verder optimaliseren.
  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar relevante technische ervaring, bijvoorbeeld binnen PV, energie of elektrische installaties.
  • Je hebt een opleiding in elektrotechniek, elektromechanica, energietechnologie of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt ervaring met het begeleiden of operationeel aansturen van technische collega's.
  • Je bent sterk in storingzoeken en technisch probleemoplossend denken.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt veel aandacht voor kwaliteit en veiligheid.
  • Je communiceert vlot met collega's, klanten en externe partners.
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels; Frans is een pluspunt.
  • Een VCA VOL- en BA5-attest is mooi meegenomen. Heb je deze nog niet, dan ben je bereid ze te behalen.
