Aktuell suchen wir 1 Obergärtner_in (m/w/d)- Produktionsgärtnerei

Ihre Aufgaben:

* Selbstständige Leitung und Organisation der Produktionsgärtnerei

* Planung, Steuerung und Überwachung der Kulturführung von Frühjahrsblühern, Sommerblumen und Herbstpflanzen

* Führung, Einteilung und Motivation des Gärtnerteams

* Organisation der täglichen Arbeitsabläufe und Produktionsprozesse

* Sicherstellung einer termingerechten und qualitativ hochwertigen Produktion

* Mitarbeit bei Kulturplanung, Pflanzenschutz und Produktionsoptimierung

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsleitung

Ihr Profil:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Gartenbau (Meisterprüfung von Vorteil)

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer Produktionsgärtnerei

* Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung und Arbeitsorganisation

* Fundierte Fachkenntnisse im Zierpflanzenbau

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise

* Teamfähigkeit, Organisationsgeschick und Hands-on-Mentalität
