Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir 1 Obermonteur_in für Montagebaustellen Ausmaß: Vollzeit - Arbeitsort: Montagebaustellen im In- und Ausland - Eintritt: nach Vereinbarung

Deine Aufgaben

* Fachliche, organisatorische und disziplinäre Führung von Eigen- und Fremdpersonal

* Koordination und effiziente Abwicklung von Montagebaustellen

* Teilnahme an Projektbesprechungen

* aktive Pflege der Kundenbeziehung

* Dokumentation der Baustellenvorgänge

Das bringst du mit

* Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Obermonteur

* Selbständige Arbeitsweise

* unternehmerisches Denken und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

* Hohe Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität

* Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil

* Bereitschaft für Montageeinsätze im In- und Ausland

Für diese Position ist ein Jahresbruttogehalt von mindestens 45.544,24 Euro (inkl. Montagezulage) zuzüglich der lt. Kollektivvertrag anfallenden Zulagen und Diäten vorgesehen. Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung ist je nach Ausbildung, Qualifikation und Erfahrung natürlich gegeben.
