Ein österreichischer Qualitätsmarktführer im Wintergartenbau mit hochwertiger Maßarbeit und innovativen Aluminiumprofilsystemen sucht für den Standort Marchtrenk einen Obermonteur (m/w/d) im Aluminium-Glasbau.

Sie montieren eigenständig Wintergärten, Terrassenüberdachungen, Lamellendächer und Aluminium-Glaskonstruktionen als bauführender Monteur und leiten ein Montageteam auf der Baustelle. 1 Obermonteur (m/w/d) Aluminium-Glasbau Arbeitszeit: Vollzeit, 38,5 Std./Woche

* Montag bis Freitag, kurze und lange Woche im Wechsel

* Jeder 2. Freitag frei

* Projektbezogene Arbeitszeiten, 2 Wochen im Voraus bekannt zur Planung

* Vereinzelt Übernachtungen auf auswärtigen Baustellen, durchschnittlich ca. 2 pro Monat

* Familienfreundliche Einsatzplanung

Ihre Aufgaben

* Eigenständige Montage von Wintergärten, Terrassenüberdachungen, Lamellendächern und Aluminium-Glaskonstruktionen als bauführender Monteur (w/m/d)

* Leitung eines Montageteams auf der Baustelle

* Koordination der Arbeitsabläufe vor Ort

* Baustellenorganisation und laufende Evaluierung

* Projektdokumentation

* Qualitätskontrolle während der Montage

* Ansprechpartner für Kunden und Projektleitung auf der Baustelle

* Sicherstellung der termingerechten Fertigstellung

Ihr Profil

* Deutschkenntnisse zur reibungslosen Kommunikation

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Metallbau, alternativ im Glasbau, Holzbau oder in der Montage

* Erfahrung in der Führung kleiner Montageteams

* Berufserfahrung auf Baustellen

* Führerschein B

* Führerschein E zu B von Vorteil

* Erfahrung als Obermonteur_in oder Vorarbeiter_in von Vorteil

* Staplerschein und Kranführerschein von Vorteil

** Als Montageleiter € 4.000 bis € 4.500 brutto inklusive Zulagen

** Einstieg als Monteur ab € 3.500 brutto möglich
