Voor een grote speler in de logistieke sector met een sterke focus op zeevracht, zoeken we een enthousiaste Ocean Freight Douane Supervisor voor de vestiging in Antwerpen. In deze centrale en belangrijke rol helpt de juiste kandidaat het team te versterken, klanten te ontzorgen en de douaneprocessen soepel te laten verlopen. Je krijgt de kans om te werken in een dynamische omgeving waar professionaliteit en teamwork centraal staan. De verantwoordelijkheden voor deze functie zijn:

  • Je coördineert de orders, klanten en taken binnen het team, zodat alle douaneformaliteiten correct worden afgehandeld.
  • Je verwerkt douanedocumenten en administratieve werkzaamheden binnen de gestelde termijnen.
  • Je informatief klanten en collega's op een deskundige en vriendelijke wijze over douane- en logistieke aangelegenheden.
  • Je stuurt een team aan en beheert de verlofplanning en de algemene werkorganisatie.

De vereiste kwalificaties zijn:

  • Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring in een declaranten- of douanegerelateerde functie, met praktische kennis van zowel ocean freight import als export.
  • Je hebt een sterk oog voor detail en bent een proactieve teamspeler met een probleemoplossend vermogen.
  • Je bent bewegelijk, stressbestendig en beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal vlot in woord en geschrift.
  • Je bent flexibel en hebt een goed inzicht in het optimaliseren van systemen en processen; dit wordt als pluspunt beschouwd.
