Voor een internationale speler binnen de logistieke sector in Antwerpen zoeken we een Ocean Freight Export Specialist voor de vestiging in Antwerpen. Als Export Specialist ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volledige administratieve en operationele opvolging van internationale zeevrachtzendingen. Je zorgt ervoor dat elk transportdossier correct wordt verwerkt en bewaakt het volledige traject van vertrek tot levering.

Je verantwoordelijkheden omvatten onder andere:

  • Beheren van expeditiedossiers van A tot Z.
  • Opstellen en verwerken van transportdocumenten.
  • Instructies geven aan terminals, magazijnen en andere logistieke partners voor het laden en lossen van goederen.
  • Controleren en verwerken van inkomende facturen.
  • Opvolgen van zendingen gedurende het volledige transportproces.
  • Regelmatig communiceren met rederijen, transporteurs, klanten en andere betrokken partijen.
  • Instaan voor een correcte administratie en een professionele klantenservice.

Jouw profiel:

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma, bij voorkeur in logistiek, of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt enkele jaren relevante ervaring binnen zeevracht of expeditie.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van maritieme processen en bent vertrouwd met de Incoterms.
  • Je werkt vlot met Microsoft Office.
  • Je denkt oplossingsgericht en stelt de klant centraal.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en georganiseerd.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en bouwt vlot relaties op met collega's, klanten en externe partners.
  • Je functioneert goed binnen een internationale en teamgerichte werkomgeving.
