Van prestigieuze concertzalen en theaters tot innovatieve cruise- en sportaccommodaties: als Projectmanager ben je betrokken bij unieke projecten van ontwerp tot oplevering. Je krijgt de verantwoordelijkheid om klanten wereldwijd te begeleiden en zorgt ervoor dat elk project succesvol wordt gerealiseerd.

Deze werkgever is al meer dan 40 jaar gespecialiseerd in de ontwikkeling, productie en installatie van infrastructuur voor theaters, auditoria, conferentiecentra en sporthallen. Dankzij onze technische expertise en volledige productie in eigen beheer bieden we klanten een totaaloplossing van ontwerp tot montage. Vanuit onze site in Pelt werk je mee aan projecten in Europa, Noord-Amerika en daarbuiten, met een sterke focus op de Verenigde Staten. Je komt terecht in een internationale, technische omgeving waar engineering, calculatie en sales nauw samenwerken om complexe projecten succesvol binnen te halen.

  • Je analyseert aanvragen en technische specificaties van internationale klanten, voornamelijk in het Engels.
  • Je vertaalt klantbehoeften samen met engineering en calculatie naar technische en commerciële offertes.
  • Je stelt offertes op en volgt deze nauwgezet op van aanvraag tot beslissing.
  • Je bewaakt deadlines en zorgt voor een correcte administratieve opvolging van elk dossier.
  • Je stemt continu af met interne teams zoals engineering, productie en calculatie.
  • Je onderhoudt contact met internationale klanten en bouwt mee aan langdurige relaties.
  • Je houdt rekening met tijdsverschillen, waardoor occasioneel werken in late namiddag of avond mogelijk is (vooral VS-markt).

Wij bieden jou, vanaf je eerste werkdag bij ons;

  • Je hebt een bachelor diploma in een commerciële of technische richting.
  • Je hebt een goed technisch inzicht en kan bouw- en technische documenten interpreteren.
  • Je communiceert vlot en professioneel in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
  • Je bent sterk in structuur, planning en administratieve opvolging.
  • Je bent analytisch, nauwkeurig en denkt oplossingsgericht.
  • Je werkt graag samen in een multidisciplinair team.
  • Je bent comfortabel met internationale communicatie en verschillende tijdszones.
