Robert Half is momenteel op zoek naar een Office & Facilities Coordinator (m/v/x) (4/5de) voor een discrete organisatie in Antwerpen.

Vanuit een stijlvolle kantooromgeving ondersteunt een klein en hecht team de dagelijkse werking van verschillende entiteiten.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

In deze gevarieerde functie ben jij een belangrijke spilfiguur binnen het kantoor en zorg je ervoor dat de dagelijkse werking vlot en professioneel verloopt.

Je staat onder meer in voor:

  • het onthaal van bezoekers en externen;
  • het beheer en de voorbereiding van vergaderzalen;
  • de opvolging van facility-gerelateerde zaken binnen het kantoor en het gebouw;
  • contacten met leveranciers en het opvragen van offertes;
  • het openen en afsluiten van het kantoor;
  • de organisatie van catering voor meetings en interne momenten;
  • het voorzien van kleine attenties en praktische ondersteuning voor collega's;
  • het mee bewaken van een verzorgde, gastvrije en goed georganiseerde werkomgeving.

Jouw profiel

Onze klant zoekt een hands-on professional die zelfstandig werkt, initiatief neemt en graag ontzorgt.

Je herkent jezelf in het volgende profiel:

  • je ziet werk en neemt spontaan zaken op;
  • je bent communicatief, klantgericht en professioneel;
  • je hebt een basiskennis van Word en Excel of bent bereid hierin bij te leren;
  • je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels; kennis van het Frans is een plus;
  • je bent enthousiast, discreet en servicegericht.
