The posting

Voor één van onze klanten, een warm en mensgericht uitzendkantoor in Brugge, zijn wij op zoek naar een gedreven Office manager op de afdeling Office.

Als Office Manager combineer je rekrutering, commerciële activiteiten, people management en de financiële opvolging van het kantoor. Je neemt een actieve rol op in de dagelijkse werking en zorgt samen met je team voor de verdere groei van het kantoor.

Rekrutering & selectie: Je staat zelf mee in voor het volledige rekruteringsproces, van actieve search en cv-screening tot intakegesprekken en de begeleiding van kandidaten naar een passende job. Je focust voornamelijk op bediendenprofielen, zoals administratief medewerkers, logistieke bedienden en medewerkers binnen de verzekeringssector. Je stelt geschikte kandidaten voor aan klanten, volgt het sollicitatieproces op en zorgt voor een correcte administratieve afhandeling van de plaatsingen.

Commerciële uitbouw: Je bouwt actief mee aan de commerciële groei van het kantoor. Je prospecteert, legt contacten met potentiële klanten en gaat op klantenbezoek. Daarnaast bespreek en onderhandel je commerciële voorwaarden en werk je offertes op maat uit.

Aansturing & coaching: Je stuurt twee collega's aan en ondersteunt hen waar nodig in hun dagelijkse werking. Je zorgt voor structuur en een open sfeer op kantoor. Je coacht en begeleidt je team in hun ontwikkeling en staat mee in voor de opleiding en onboarding van nieuwe collega's binnen jouw regio.

Financiële opvolging: Je waakt over de resultaten van het kantoor en volgt de belangrijkste cijfers op. Je maakt prognoses, voert margeberekeningen uit en gebruikt deze inzichten om de rendabiliteit en verdere groei van het kantoor mee te bewaken.

We zoeken iemand die graag met mensen werkt, vlot communiceert en zich wil verdiepen in de uitzendsector.

Daarnaast verwachten we:

  • Minstens 3 jaar ervaring in een leidinggevende functie binnen de uitzendsector
  • Ervaring met office-profielen, of zin om je hier volledig in te verdiepen
  • Salesgedreven en resultaatgericht
  • Een opbouwende stijl van coaching
  • Een positieve en professionele ingesteldheid
  • Vlotte kennis Nederlands
