Jij zorgt dat alles buiten klopt, terwijl binnen wordt gebouwd aan de infrastructuur van de toekomst. Wat ga je doen? Omgevingsmanagement is mensenwerk. Zeker binnen de ondergrondse infra, waar projecten impact hebben op de leefomgeving. Straten gaan open, routes veranderen en de omgeving merkt direct wat wij doen. Daar kom jij in beeld. Jij zorgt dat alles rondom het project klopt. Niet alleen op papier, maar juist in de praktijk. Je weet wat er speelt in de omgeving, wie je moet betrekken en hoe je iedereen tijdig meeneemt. Je voorkomt gedoe waar het kan en lost het op waar het nodig is. Je werkt vanuit Meppel aan projecten in Noord-Nederland. Denk aan de aanleg en het onderhoud van kabels en leidingen. Werk dat misschien onder de grond zit, maar boven de grond veel vraagt van communicatie en afstemming. Wat je gaat doen In deze rol ben je van begin tot eind betrokken bij projecten. Je: - Zet de lijnen uit in een plan van aanpak. - Bouwt en onderhoudt relaties met stakeholders. - Brengt belangen, risico's en gevoeligheden in kaart. - Regelt vergunningen en bewaakt het proces. - Bent aanspreekpunt voor de omgeving bij vragen of klachten. - Werkt samen binnen een IPM-team. - Stuurt conditionerende onderzoeken aan. - Zorgt dat de uitvoering niet voor verrassingen komt te staan. Daarnaast denk je mee over hoe we omgevingsmanagement binnen de organisatie verder kunnen verbeteren. Jouw ervaring telt daarin echt mee. Je team Je komt terecht in een team in Meppel.
