Je bent de spil in diverse projecten, waarbij je een breed scala aan onderhoudswerkzaamheden uitvoert, zoals het vakkundig herstellen van deuren, kozijnen, vloeren en wanden. Daarnaast pak je met precisie herstel- en renovatiewerkzaamheden op na huurderswisselingen, het zogenaamde mutatiewerk, en zorg je voor een perfecte oplevering. Het plaatsen van keukens, kasten en ander timmerwerk op maat behoort eveneens tot jouw takenpakket, waarbij jouw vakmanschap tot in detail zichtbaar is. Je signaleert en lost houtrot en andere gebreken proactief op, altijd met oog voor kwaliteit en duurzaamheid. Hierbij werk je nauwkeurig vanaf technische tekeningen en onderhoud je uitstekend contact met zowel bewoners als opdrachtgevers, waarbij je zorgt voor een heldere communicatie en een tevreden resultaat. Wat wij bieden - Brutosalaris vanaf €4.000 per 4 weken; - BPF Bouw pensioen en deelname aan het tijdspaarfonds, 55 procent of 100 procent sparen; - Duurzame inzetbaarheid 4,51%; - Kilometervergoeding van €0,32 per kilometer; - Een bus van de zaak; - 48 vakantiedagen per jaar; - Opleidingsbudget van €1.000 per jaar; - Bij goed functioneren kans op een vast contract; - Spaarprogramma, per gewerkt uur punten sparen voor beloningen.
