Wil jij als technieker instaan voor het onderhoud van verwarming, ventilatie en airconditioning?

Wij zijn op zoek naar een extra service technieker binnen HVAC om ons team te versterken. Als firma zijn wij actief binnen het onderhoud op vlak van techniek (verwarming, elektriciteit, sanitair, …) en bouwkunde (gevels, schrijnwerk, daken, kleine verbouwingen, …) van bedrijfsgebouwen.

Je staat in voor het onderhoud en de herstelling van technische installaties in onder andere kantoorgebouwen, logistieke centra en industriële sites.

Jouw takenpakket bestaat uit:

  • Onderhoud uitvoeren aan verwarming, ventilatie, airco en koeling
  • Defecte onderdelen vervangen of herstellen
  • Nieuwe installaties opstarten en in dienst stellen
  • Metingen uitvoeren (druk, temperatuur, debiet, rendement)
  • Installaties analyseren en optimalisaties voorstellen
  • Werkbonnen digitaal invullen

Voor deze functie beschik je over een technische opleiding of relevante ervaring binnen sanitair, koeltechnieken, elektromechanica of HVAC. In het bezit van een G1- en G2-attest is vereist. BA4, BA5 of VCA zijn mooie extra’s. Een rijbewijs B is noodzakelijk zodat je je zelfstandig kan verplaatsen. De Nederlandse taal beheers je goed, kennis van Frans is een extra troef.

Wanneer de werken nog niet afgerond zijn, ben je bereid om overuren te doen. Na de inwerkperiode draai je mee in de wachtdienst.

Je komt terecht in een stabiel bedrijf binnen een grotere groep in de bouwsector. Het loon valt onder PC124 en wordt bepaald volgens jouw ervaring. Extra’s zoals maaltijdcheques en een jaarlijkse bonus (bij vast contract) maken het pakket compleet.

Op vlak van verlof is er flexibiliteit. Er is geen collectieve sluiting, waardoor verlof in overleg met collega’s vrij kan worden ingepland.
