The posting

Onze klant is een onderdeel van een grotere groep en is gespecialiseerd in duurzaam onderhoudsbeheer van gebouwen en installaties.

Van kleine reparaties tot uitgebreide meerjaren onderhoudsprojecten. Ze monitoren, bewaken en onderhouden in de eerste plaats alles wat onder Hard facility valt: het bouwkundige en technische luik.

Jobomschrijving

Als servicetechnieker ben je verantwoordelijk voor het zelfstandig uitvoeren van onderhoudswerkzaamheden in de gebouwen van de klanten.

Je hebt een brede kennis en ervaring in diverse onderhoudsdomeinen en je kunt zelfstandig problemen analyseren en oplossen.

Je takenpakket ziet er als volgt uit:

- Inplannen van alle preventieve en wettelijke onderhoudsinterventies op een divers palet van technische installaties.

- Oplossen van ad hoc problemen die worden gemeld door de gebruikers van het gebouw, analyseren en oplossen van technische storingen.

- Het zelf uitvoeren van een deel van de interventies, en het contacteren en aansturen van onderaannemers voor het andere deel.

- Administratieve verwerking van elke interventie

tegelen, gyproc plaatsen, kitten, elektriciteit, sanitair, centrale verwarming, vloeren, ..

voorbeelden van werven: Sportoase, scholen, woonzorgcentra, havenhuis in Antwerpen, Prins Kavelhof te Brasschaat, ..

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

- Generalist met een specialisatie in één van de volgende gebieden: loodgieterij, elektriciteit, koeltechnieken, renovatie of een ander relevant vakgebied.

- Je steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen om je kennis toe te passen in de praktijk, maar bent leergierig om bij te leren.

- Je kan je werk zelfstandig inplannen en hebt de nodige zelfdiscipline om je dagen efficiënt in te delen.

- Je hebt een goeie administratieve basis en bent vaardig met standaard computersoftware.

- Je bent communicatief sterk. Je zegt wat je doet, en je doet wat je zegt.

- Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B.
