Als storings- en onderhoudsmonteur elektronica speel jij een belangrijke rol binnen het productieproces! Over het werk Als storings- en onderhoudsmonteur elektronica zorg jij ervoor dat de productiemachines en extrusie-installaties soepel blijven draaien. Je analyseert storingen, lost deze snel en efficiënt op en denkt actief mee over verbeteringen. Met jouw technische kennis en inzicht zorg je ervoor dat problemen niet alleen worden opgelost, maar waar mogelijk ook worden voorkomen. In deze functie houd je je bezig met het oplossen van storingen en het uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud aan extruders en bijbehorende randapparatuur. Je analyseert complexe technische storingen, zoekt naar de oorzaak en bedenkt structurele oplossingen om herhaling te voorkomen. Daarnaast denk je actief mee over verbeteringen die de betrouwbaarheid en beschikbaarheid van de machines kunnen vergroten. Door regelmatig inspecties uit te voeren, weet je technische problemen vroegtijdig te signaleren en waar mogelijk te voorkomen. Eens per vier à vijf weken draai je consignatiedienst, waarbij je uitsluitend overdag beschikbaar bent.
