Dit bedrijf opereert binnen de maakindustrie en levert technische diensten voor productielijnen in batch- en hoogvolume omgevingen. De organisatie richt zich op het waarborgen van continuïteit van productie en procesoptimalisatie door middel van een praktische en oplossingsgerichte technische dienst. In Maasland werkt het team aan packaging machines, transportbanden en assemblagelijnen verspreid over meerdere productielijnen, waarbij veiligheid en kwaliteit constante aandachtspunten zijn. De technische dienst ondersteunt productieafdelingen met zowel preventief als correctief onderhoud en draagt bij aan de inbedrijfstelling van nieuwe installaties en aanpassingen in bestaande lijnen. Technici krijgen de kans om ervaring op te doen met diverse machines en systemen en worden gestimuleerd om kennis te delen en processen te verbeteren. Er is aandacht voor opleiding en ontwikkeling zodat medewerkers hun vakkennis kunnen uitbreiden en doorgroeien binnen de technische dienst. De werkomgeving in Maasland is praktisch ingericht en gericht op samenwerking tussen onderhoud en productie, met duidelijke procedures voor storingsanalyse en rapportage. Salarisindicatie: €2750 - €4500 per maand.

- Los je storingen op aan interne systemen en herstel je functionele problemen om de productie voort te zetten;

- Voer je reparaties uit en vervang je onderdelen om uitval te beperken;

- Installeer, stel in en test je apparatuur bij nieuwe opstellingen en ondersteun je bij inbedrijfstelling;

Functie-eisen: - MBO Elektrotechniek, Mechatronica of vergelijkbare technische opleiding;
