The posting

De Onderhoudsmonteur Subtropisch Zwemparadijs is onder andere mede verantwoordelijk voor het goed en probleemloos functioneren van alle installaties en faciliteiten.

Takenpakket (o.a.):

  • plannen en uitvoeren van (preventief) onderhoud;
  • opvolging waterkwaliteit en maatregelen om deze kwaliteit stabiel te houden;
  • onderhoudswerken en reparaties in het zwembad, de kelderruimte (pompen, compressoren, electriciteit, water...) en de omkleedruimtes;
  • diverse controles/rapportages ivm veiligheid,
  • vooraadbeheer,
  • je werkt met electriciteit, pneumatische en hydraulische installaties en chemiecaliën.
  • Gezien de urgentie van sommige interventies woon je op maximaal 30 minuten van Houthalen-Helchteren.
  • je bent je ervan bewust, dat interventies ook 's avonds of s' nachts kunnen voorkomen.
  • Je wordt eveneens opgeleid en ingedeeld in de Technische Dienst van het Vakantiepark. Hier hoort ook een permanentiedienst bij (in beurtrol), waarbij je telefonisch bereikbaar bent en voor dringende zaken moet uitrukken. (Voor deze diensten kan je eventueel in een verblijfsaccommodatie op het Vakantiepark verblijven.)

Een zeer afwisselende functie waarin je zowel strikte procedures opvolgt maar ook creatief uit de hoek dient te komen. We voorzien een grondige en gedegen inwerkperiode, onder andere met externe partners.

Het zwembad is tijdens schoolvakanties alle dagen open en werk je 6/7. De extra uren die je hierbij maakt, kan je tijdens het laagseizoen en de winter recupereren. Buiten de vakantieperiodes is het zwembad open op woensdagnamiddag en op zaterdag en zondag.

Het Vakantiepark is geopend voor gasten van Pasen tot midden November. Tijdens de Belgische en Nederlandse schoolvakanties kan je zelf geen vakantie nemen. De overige maanden doen we vooral algemene onderhoudswerken, nemen eventuele overuren terug en werken we van maandag tot vrijdagmiddag.

Technisch inzicht, logisch en gestructureerd denken, hands on mentaliteit en vooral: interesse om op diverse vakgebieden die horen bij het werken in een zwembad, kennis te vergaren.
