Hey, ben jij een techneut met een soft spot voor onderhoud en het oplossen van storingen? Wil je een steentje bijdragen aan een soepele en veilige productieomgeving? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou!

Wat je gaat doen:

  • Als onderhouds- en storingstechnieker ben je de go-to persoon voor het technisch onderhoud van onze installaties en machines. Je lost zowel preventieve als curatieve storingen (elektrisch, pneumatisch, mechanisch en hydraulisch) snel en efficiënt op. Door regelmatig onderhoud te doen, houd je ons machinepark in topconditie en draai je de productie op volle toeren.
  • Je werkt hand in hand met de Production & Equipment Manager en ondersteunt technische projecten. Je komt met verbetervoorstellen voor ons machinepark en voorkomt storingen om de productie zo soepel mogelijk te laten verlopen. Ook ben je verantwoordelijk voor het onderhoud van onze industriële installaties en infrastructuur, waarbij je taken inschat, plant en coördineert. Indien nodig schakel je externe onderaannemers in.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat operatoren moderne en efficiënte technieken gebruiken bij onderhouds- en afstelactiviteiten. Als het nodig is, geef je tips en training aan collega's.
  • Het naleven, aanpassen en toezien op onderhoudsplannen hoort ook bij jouw taken. Veiligheid en kwaliteit staan voorop, en je werkt mee aan investeringsprojecten binnen de organisatie.
  • Daarnaast draag je bij aan de verbetering van productkwaliteit via technische innovaties. Je bepaalt welke onderhoudstaken tot het eerstelijnsonderhoud behoren en leert operatoren hoe ze kleine storingen zelf kunnen oplossen.
  • Sporadisch bouw je productielijnen om en maak je ze klaar voor productie.
  • Verder ondersteun je bij de implementatie van nieuwe technische investeringen en projecten. Tot slot zorg je voor een correcte documentatie en afhandeling van werkbonnen.
  • Je beschikt over een diploma A2 elektromechanica (uiteraard mag A1 ook)
  • Je kan ofwel mechanische of elektrische kennis voorleggen!
  • Je bent collegiaal en vindt het belangrijk om deel uit te maken van een hecht team
  • Je drukt je vlot uit in het Nederlands en spreekt een mondje Engels
