Wil jij als onderhoudstechnieker werken in daguren en jouw technische kennis inzetten binnen een stabiele productieomgeving? Heb je al ervaring met mechanisch onderhoud, elektrische storingen of het herstellen van productiemachines? Kan je vlot overweg met transportbanden, sensoren, elektromotoren, hydraulica of pneumatica? En zoek je een job waarin je niet aan één vaste post staat, maar dagelijks technische problemen analyseert en oplost?

Voor een onze klant zoeken we een onderhoudstechnieker die graag storingen analyseert, machines onderhoudt en technische problemen efficiënt oplost. Je komt terecht in een hecht technisch team waar mechanica en elektriciteit elkaar dagelijks afwisselen

Binnen deze functie werk je aan een gevarieerd machinepark met onder meer transportbanden, sensoren, elektromotoren en productiemachines. Geen bandwerk, maar een rol waarin jouw technische inzicht rechtstreeks bijdraagt aan een vlot draaiende productie.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als onderhoudstechnieker sta je in voor het dagelijks en preventief onderhoud van het machinepark
  • Daarnaast analyseer je storingen en voer je mechanische en elektrische herstellingen uit, met een verhouding van ongeveer 65% mechanisch en 35% elektrisch werk
  • Verder werk je aan transportbanden, sensoren, elektromotoren, aandrijftechnieken en andere productiemachines
  • Binnen jouw rol onderhoud je mechanische componenten, hydraulische en pneumatische systemen en voer je kleine laswerken uit waar nodig
  • Ook jouw input is van waarde en samen met je team kan je nadenken over technische verbeteringen om stilstanden te beperken en installaties betrouwbaar te houden
  • Technische achtergrond binnen onderhouds-, service- of storingstechnieken, opgebouwd via opleiding of relevante praktijkervaring
  • Sterke mechanische kennis is nodig, aangevuld met een goede basis elektriciteit, kennis van PLC-sturingen is zeker een mooie extra
  • Nederlands is vereist omwille van veiligheidsvoorschriften, daarnaast heb je een goede kennis van Engels voor interne communicatie
