Wil je aan de slag binnen een moderne productieomgeving waar techniek, innovatie en kwaliteit centraal staan? Dan is deze functie als Onderhoudstechnieker in een 2-ploegenstelsel misschien wel jouw volgende uitdaging.

Onze klant is een internationale en vooruitstrevende producent van technisch textiel en hoogwaardige industriële toepassingen. Vanuit hun vestiging in Bornem werken ze dagelijks aan innovatieve producten en processen waarbij betrouwbaarheid van het machinepark essentieel is.

Jouw uitdaging

Als Onderhoudstechnieker ben je mee verantwoordelijk voor het optimaal functioneren van het machinepark en de technische installaties. Dankzij jouw expertise worden storingen snel opgelost en wordt de continuïteit van de productie gegarandeerd.

Jouw takenpakket omvat onder andere:

  • Uitvoeren van preventief en curatief onderhoud aan productie-installaties.
  • Analyseren en oplossen van mechanische en elektrische storingen.
  • Herstellen en afstellen van machines en productielijnen.
  • Uitvoeren van inspecties om defecten tijdig te detecteren.
  • Meewerken aan technische verbeteringsprojecten.
  • Registreren van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden en interventies.
  • Actief bijdragen aan de betrouwbaarheid en prestaties van het machinepark.
  • Samenwerken met productie- en technische collega's om stilstanden te beperken.
  • Toezien op een veilige en kwaliteitsvolle uitvoering van de werkzaamheden.

PROFIEL

  • Je beschikt over een technische opleiding, bijvoorbeeld Elektromechanica, Elektriciteit, Mechanica of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt ervaring als onderhoudstechnieker, storingstechnieker of servicetechnieker binnen een productieomgeving.
  • Je hebt kennis van mechanica, elektriciteit, pneumatica en hydraulica.
  • Ervaring met PLC-gestuurde installaties is een pluspunt.
  • Je kan technische plannen en schema's lezen.
  • Je bent analytisch ingesteld en denkt oplossingsgericht.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig maar functioneert ook uitstekend binnen een team.
  • Je bent bereid om te werken in een 2-ploegenstelse
