Zoek je een technische rol in een hoogtechnologische productieomgeving binnen de farmaceutische industrie, waar kwaliteit en veiligheid centraal staan? Wil je jouw ervaring met HVAC, waterzuivering en productie-installaties inzetten in een kleinere, overzichtelijke site met korte lijnen? Dan biedt deze functie als onderhoudstechnieker jou de combinatie van techniek, verantwoordelijkheid en nauwe samenwerking met productie die je zoekt.

  • Verantwoordelijk voor preventief onderhoud aan productie-installaties en utilitysystemen zoals HVAC en waterzuivering, zowel op mechanisch als elektrisch vlak.
  • Analyseren van technische storingen, uitvoeren van storingsanalyse en zorgen voor een snelle, duurzame oplossing.
  • Uitvoeren van infrastructuurherstellingen aan gebouwen en technische ondersteuning buiten de directe productieomgeving.
  • Eerste aanspreekpunt voor externe partners bij onderhoudswerken, technische interventies en wettelijke keuringen.
  • Actief ingrijpen bij storingen of alarmen en, indien nodig, beschikbaarheid buiten reguliere werkuren om de continuïteit te waarborgen.
  • Ondersteunen bij het omstellen en ombouwen van productiesystemen zodat productieprocessen veilig en efficiënt blijven lopen.
  • Nauw samenwerken met productie, kwaliteitsafdeling en collega-technici en rapporteren aan de Head of Production Operations.
  • Meebouwen aan een betrouwbare technische dienst in een gereguleerde productieomgeving met focus op GMP en kwaliteit.
  • Afgeronde technische opleiding in mechanica en/of elektriciteit, of gelijkwaardige relevante ervaring in onderhoud of technische dienst.
  • Ervaring of sterke affiniteit met mechanisch onderhoud en elektrisch onderhoud in productieomgevingen.
  • Bereidheid om te werken in een gereguleerde omgeving en GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) snel eigen te maken; voorkennis van GMP is een plus.
  • Vlotte communicatie in het Nederlands, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Initiatiefnemende houding met gevoel voor verantwoordelijkheid en ownership over toegewezen installaties.
  • Gestructureerde, ordelijke manier van werken met oog voor veiligheid, kwaliteit en duidelijke communicatie.
  • Stressbestendig, oplossingsgericht en flexibel inzetbaar, met een positieve, samenwerkingsgerichte mindset.
