  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het preventief en correctief onderhoud van onze machines, nutsvoorzieningen en waterzuiveringsinstallatie.
  • Je voert controles uit volgens de onderhoudsschema's, stelt onderdelen af, herstelt defecten en vervangt versleten onderdelen.
  • Je test de machines grondig voordat ze weer in bedrijf worden genomen.
  • Daarnaast controleer je de nutsvoorzieningen aan de hand van een checklist en registreer je alle werkzaamheden in ons onderhoudspakket.
  • Je stelt dagrapporten op en communiceert duidelijk met de ploegverantwoordelijke, lijnoperatoren en je collega-onderhoudstechniekers.
  • Het stellen van diagnoses en het rapporteren van bevindingen aan de maintenance manager en externe partijen behoort ook tot je taken.
  • Bovendien draag je bij aan de optimalisatie van ons productieproces, rendement, machinepark en technische installaties.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat de werkomgeving altijd schoon en voldoet aan de geldende hygiëne- en veiligheidsnormen.
  • Je beschikt minimaal over een A2-diploma of hebt enkele jaren relevante ervaring in een productie-omgeving.
  • Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands.
