Zoek je een uitdagende job als Onderhoudstechnieker waarin je jouw expertise loslaat op een hoogtechnologisch geautomatiseerd machinepark? In de regio Staden ligt een mooie kans op je te wachten. Binnen deze rol in de metaalsector start je via interim, waarna een positieve evaluatie direct uitzicht biedt op een vast contract van onbepaalde duur. Je versterkt een gedreven team van ervaren vakmensen. Na een inwerktraject op jouw maat krijg je alle vrijheid en verantwoordelijkheid om zelfstandig op de vloer te werken.

Jouw takenpakket

Als onderhoudstechnieker zorg je er samen met je collega's voor dat het machinepark optimaal blijft draaien. Je grijpt snel in bij acute pannes en voert het geplande preventieve onderhoud uit aan de productielijnen. Daarnaast ontferm je je over de algemene technische installaties in het bedrijfsgebouw. Je dag is uiterst afwisselend: dankzij je scherpe analytische blik en probleemoplossend vermogen spoor je mechanische, elektrische, hydraulische en pneumatische storingen snel op om ze vervolgens efficiënt te verhelpen.

Je denkt actief mee over de werking van de installaties en doet voorstellen om de onderhoudsprocessen slimmer in te richten. Binnen de afdeling communiceer je helder en durf je beslissingen te nemen. Zelfs bij drukte of meerdere pannes tegelijk bewaar je het overzicht, stel je heldere prioriteiten en blijf je gestructureerd werken. Binnen deze dynamische omgeving werk je zelfstandig en leer je elke dag bij aan de zijde van ervaren technici.

Je beschikt over een stevige portie technisch inzicht en houdt van complexe uitdagingen. Je bent een teamplayer die communicatief sterk en assertief durft op te treden om oplossingen te vinden. Stressbestendigheid is voor jou vanzelfsprekend; je blijft kalm en behoudt het overzicht bij dringende herstellingen. Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel voor de staat van het machinepark. Ervaring in een gelijkaardige technische functie binnen de metaal- of productiesector is noodzakelijk om deze rol zelfstandig te kunnen invullen.
