Jobomschrijving

Zorg jij ervoor dat machines blijven draaien?

Ben jij technisch aangelegd en krijg je energie van storingen opsporen, machines onderhouden en technische problemen oplossen?

Voor onze klant zijn we op zoek naar een onderhoudstechnieker die mee instaat voor het optimaal functioneren van het machinepark.

Als onderhoudstechnieker speel je een belangrijke rol in het dagelijkse productieproces.

Je kent de machines steeds beter, merkt slijtage op voordat het een probleem wordt en denkt mee over hoe installaties betrouwbaarder en efficiënter kunnen werken.

Je krijgt daardoor niet alleen een uitvoerende functie, maar ook de mogelijkheid om mee te bouwen aan een beter en stabieler machinepark.

Je:

  • Voert preventief onderhoud uit aan machines en installaties
  • Spoort mechanische storingen op en lost deze zo snel mogelijk op
  • Vervangt slijtageonderdelen zoals lagers, kettingen, tandwielen en andere componenten
  • Stelt installaties correct af en voert de nodige smeerwerken uit
  • Analyseert technische problemen en zoekt naar duurzame oplossingen
  • Denkt mee over verbeteringen aan het machinepark en de technische installaties
  • Volgt de voorraad van technische onderdelen op
  • Beheert bestellingen van onderdelen en materialen
  • Werkt nauw samen met collega's en productie om stilstanden zoveel mogelijk te voorkomen
  • Zorgt voor een veilige en ordelijke werkomgeving

Je bent dus niet alleen bezig met het oplossen van storingen wanneer er iets misgaat. Dankzij jouw preventieve aanpak help je ervoor zorgen dat problemen zoveel mogelijk voorkomen worden.

Je bent technisch sterk, denkt logisch en houdt ervan om te begrijpen waarom een machine niet doet wat ze zou moeten doen.

Je:

  • Beschikt over een bachelor Elektromechanica, Mechanica of een gelijkaardige technische opleiding
  • Of hebt relevante ervaring als technieker binnen een productieomgeving
  • Hebt een goed mechanisch inzicht en kunt mechanische schema's lezen
  • Spoort storingen logisch en gestructureerd op
  • Werkt nauwkeurig en veilig
  • Kunt zelfstandig werken en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je taken
  • Blijft rustig en oplossingsgericht wanneer een storing snel opgelost moet worden
  • Werkt graag samen met collega's en denkt mee over technische verbeteringen

Ervaring binnen een productieomgeving is een sterke troef, maar vooral je technische inzicht en probleemoplossend vermogen maken het verschil.
