Onze klant is een jong innovatief bedrijf, opgericht begin 2015 in Dendermonde, België.

Het bedrijf verwerkt veren en andere kippenresten tot meel dat als een belangrijk ingrediënt van Dierenvoeding gebruikt wordt. Tientallen vrachtwagens vertrekken wekelijks naar afnemers in de aqua-industrie over de hele wereld.

Onze klant is gespecialiseerd in de productie van hoogwaardige eiwitten en vetten op basis van pluimvee voor aquafeed, petfood en veevoer. In de volledig toegewijde pluimveefaciliteit maken ze gebruik van state-of-the-art technologie en in eigen huis ontwikkelde gepatenteerde productieprocessen om aan de verwachtingen van de klanten te voldoen: zeer functionele, op maat gemaakte en betrouwbare duurzame eiwitbronnen.

Jobomschrijving

De onderhoudstechnieker staat in voor het preventief en curatief onderhoud van de productie-installaties. Bij technische storingen grijpt hij/zij snel en efficiënt in om stilstanden tot een minimum te beperken. Verder denkt hij/zij actief mee over verbeteringen aan het machinepark en werkt hij/zij nauw samen met collega’s van productie en techniek.

Concreet betekent dit:

-Uitvoeren van mechanisch en elektrisch onderhoud aan machines en installaties

-Oplossen van storingen en pannes op een veilige en efficiënte manier

-Meewerken aan verbeterprojecten en technische optimalisaties

-Correct registreren van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden

-Actief deelnemen aan het ploegensysteem (ochtend / middag / nacht

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

De ideale kandidaat is technisch onderlegd, houdt van afwisseling en voelt zich thuis in een productieomgeving. Hij/zij weet van aanpakken en werkt graag in team.

Vereisten:

Een technische opleiding (elektromechanica, elektriciteit, mechanica...) of gelijkwaardige ervaring

Basiskennis van elektriciteit, mechanica, hydraulica en pneumatica

  • Ervaring binnen een productie- of industriële omgeving is een plus
  • Bereidheid om in ploegen te werken
  • Zelfstandig kunnen werken, maar ook goed kunnen overleggen met collega’s
  • Zin voor verantwoordelijkheid en veiligheid
