The posting

Voor een internationaal bedrijf in de Antwerpse haven, gespecialiseerd in opslag, overslag, verpakking en transport van grondstoffen en plastic granulaten, zijn we op zoek naar een Medewerker Technische Dienst.

Als Medewerker Technische Dienst ben je verantwoordelijk voor het onderhoud en de goede werking van technische installaties, machines, gebouwen en rollend materieel. Je voert herstellingen uit, analyseert storingen en zorgt mee voor het onderhoud, de inspecties en keuringen.

Je werkt voornamelijk op de werkvloer (ongeveer 80%) en een kleiner deel van je tijd op kantoor (ongeveer 20%).

  • Zelfstandig analyseren en oplossen van technische storingen.
  • Uitvoeren van herstellingen en preventief en curatief onderhoud.
  • Opstellen en opvolgen van onderhoudsschema’s, inspecties en keuringen in overleg met Operations.
  • Afstellen en inregelen van verpakkingslijnen en bieden van technische ondersteuning aan het productieproces.
  • Begeleiden van externe leveranciers bij onderhoudswerken, storingen en de installatie van nieuwe apparatuur.
  • Meewerken aan de vernieuwing en optimalisatie van technische installaties.
  • Meedenken over technische verbeteringen en oplossingen in samenwerking met de Site Manager.
  • Zorgen voor een veilige en correcte uitvoering van de werkzaamheden.
  • Je beschikt over een technische opleiding, bij voorkeur op TSO-niveau.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van mechanica en elektriciteit.
  • Je beschikt over algemene kennis van hydraulica en pneumatica.
  • Kennis van PLC-programmatie is een pluspunt.
  • Je kunt technische schema’s lezen en interpreteren.
  • Een BA4- en BA5-attest is een pluspunt.
  • Je hebt aandacht voor veiligheid en werkt bij voorkeur volgens VCA-richtlijnen.
  • Je kunt vlot overweg met MS Office.
  • Je bent oplossingsgericht, zelfstandig en praktisch ingesteld.
  • Je werkt graag samen met collega’s, maar steekt ook zelfstandig de handen uit de mouwen.
  • Je hebt goede communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Je beheerst het Nederlands en Engels.
  • Je beschikt over eigen vervoer, aangezien de locatie moeilijk bereikbaar is met het openbaar vervoer.
