Hou jij machines graag draaiende en weet je van aanpakken wanneer er technisch iets misloopt? In deze functie krijg je een grote mate van zelfstandigheid en ben je een belangrijke schakel binnen het productieproces. Je lost storingen op, voorkomt problemen door goed onderhoud en denkt mee over hoe installaties nog beter kunnen functioneren.

Wat ga je doen? Als onderhoudstechnieker zorg je ervoor dat de technische installaties betrouwbaar en veilig blijven werken. Zowel geplande onderhoudswerken als onverwachte storingen komen op jouw pad. Je analyseert problemen, grijpt gericht in en houdt de nodige documentatie netjes bij.

Hoe ziet je dag eruit?

  • Uitvoeren van preventief en correctief onderhoud aan technische installaties
  • Storingen analyseren en op een efficiënte manier verhelpen
  • Technische problemen zelfstandig onderzoeken en de juiste oplossing bepalen
  • Uitvoeren van interventies om het productieproces zo vlot mogelijk te laten verlopen
  • Documentatie en technische gegevens gestructureerd bijhouden
  • Meedenken over verbeteringen aan installaties en productieprocessen
  • Veilig en nauwkeurig werken, ook in een koude omgeving tot -4°C
  • Uitvoeren van werkzaamheden op hoogte wanneer nodig
  • Zelfstandig de planning en technische opdrachten aanpakken

  • Diploma elektromechanica of automatisatie, of gelijkwaardige technische ervaring
  • Ervaring binnen een productieomgeving, bij voorkeur in de voedingssector
  • Sterk technisch inzicht en een analytische ingesteldheid
  • Zelfstandig kunnen werken en initiatief nemen wanneer een probleem zich voordoet
  • Gestructureerde aanpak bij zowel onderhoud als storingen
  • BA4- en BA5-attest of bereidheid om deze opleidingen te volgen
  • Rijbewijs B
  • Ervaring met een heftruck en attest hoogtewerker zijn mooi meegenomen
  • Geen moeite met werken in een omgeving van -4°C
  • Bereidheid om op hoogte te werken
  • Oog voor veiligheid, kwaliteit en een correcte opvolging van technische interventies
