The posting

Je werkt mee aan het technisch onderhoud van een divers machinepark met uiteenlopende productieprocessen, automatisatiegraden, PLC-merken en leeftijden van de installaties. Samen met de andere storingstechniekers en de technical lead zorg je ervoor dat de productie en interne logistiek betrouwbaar blijven draaien.

  • Je voert proactief en preventief onderhoud uit aan 14 industriële productielijnen, een automatisch magazijn en de bijhorende heftrucks.
  • Je lokaliseert en herstelt elektrische en mechanische storingen.
  • Je onderhoudt en ondersteunt elektrische componenten zoals sensoren, motoren en indicatoren.
  • Je werkt met PLC-sturingen en gebruikt elektrische schema's om storingen te analyseren en interventies uit te voeren.
  • Je zet je mechanisch inzicht in bij onderhoud en herstellingen.
  • Je werkt met pneumatica en hydraulica binnen de productieomgeving.
  • Je overlegt met de vier andere technici en de meewerkende technical lead over openstaande taken en technische oplossingen.
  • Je draagt bij aan veiligheid, 5S en werkpostoptimalisaties.

Je beschikt over een technische basis die aansluit bij industrieel onderhoud en industriële automatisering. Je werkt veilig en nauwkeurig en kan zelfstandig handelen wanneer een storing zich voordoet.

  • Je hebt een goede kennis van elektriciteit en elektrische componenten, waaronder sensoren, motoren en indicatoren.
  • PLC-sturingen zijn je bekend.
  • Je kan elektrische plannen lezen, interpreteren en indien nodig aanpassen.
  • Je beschikt over voldoende mechanisch inzicht.
  • Je hebt kennis van of ervaring met pneumatica en hydraulica.
  • Je hecht belang aan veiligheid en hebt affiniteit met 5S en werkpostoptimalisatie.
  • Je hebt geen hoogtevrees.
