In Lommel verrijst momenteel de nieuwste glasfabriek van België. Achter dit ambitieuze project staat de Glas Trösch Groep, een Zwitsers familiebedrijf met jarenlange expertise in de glasindustrie.

Tijdens je shift vorm je samen met een collega-technieker het technische aanspreekpunt voor storingen aan machines en installaties.

  • Elektrische en mechanische storingen lokaliseren en verhelpen aan machines en installaties
  • Terugkerende defecten analyseren en root cause analyses uitvoeren
  • Preventief onderhoud uitvoeren volgens de voorziene onderhoudsplannen
  • Slijtage controleren en versleten componenten tijdig vervangen
  • Meewerken aan technische verbeteringen van machines en productieprocessen
  • Interventies, storingen en technische bevindingen correct registreren in het onderhoudssysteem
  • De geldende veiligheidsvoorschriften strikt toepassen

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Voor deze functie van storingstechnieker zoeken we iemand die onderstaande kennis, ervaring en beschikbaarheid meebrengt.

  • Je hebt een opleiding of een stevige achtergrond in elektromechanica en/of onderhoudstechnieken.
  • Je hebt ervaring in een industriële of volcontinue productieomgeving.
  • Je beschikt over sterk technisch en analytisch inzicht om storingen efficiënt te doorgronden.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van elektrische schema’s en PLC-systemen; ervaring met Siemens PCS Neo is een plus.
  • Je voelt je goed in het ritme en de structuur van een volcontinu uurrooster.
