Je zal tewerkgesteld worden op 2 sites : Ieper en Boezinge.

Welke taken zal je uitoefenen?

  • Uitvoeren van zowel preventief als correctief onderhoud voor het volledige machine park van elke site. Dit op zowel mechanisch als beperkt elektrisch vlak.
  • Zorgen dat alle werkzaamheden voldoen aan de geldende veiligheid-en kwaliteitsvoorschriften.
  • Voorkomen van stilstanden van machines, en snel en efficiënt storingen oplossen bij mogelijke stilstanden.
  • Het bijhouden van onderhouds- en storingsrapportages om inzicht te hebben in het machinegebruik en mogelijke verbeterpunten te detecteren.
  • Controleren van de voorraad van onderdelen, materialen en bestellingen tijdig doorgeven indien nodig. Alertheid voor kritische onderdelen.
  • Bieden van technische ondersteuning aan, en samenwerking met operators om het juiste gebruik en basisonderhoud van machines te waarborgen.
  • Je bent hands-on en je zorgt voor een optimale tijdsinvulling.
  • Je bent back-up voor het slijpen van snij- gereedschap, waarvoor je opleiding krijgt.

Wie zoeken we?

  • Je hebt ervaring als onderhoudstechnieker in de industrie, mechanisch en basis elektrisch.
  • Je hebt een brede technische kennis en je bent bereid om bij te leren.
  • Je hebt een sterk begrip van technische principes in mechanica en automatisering om onderhoudswerkzaamheden te kunnen uitvoeren.
  • Je bezit over een attest vorkliftbesturen en BA4/5, of bereidheid om zich te bekwamen tijdens tewerkstelling.
  • Je bent bereid om je te verplaatsen tussen de verschillende sites afhankelijk van de noodzaak van de interventies.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring in de maak/proces industrie.
  • Meertalig Frans, kennis Engels is meerwaarde geen voorwaarde.
  • Je werkt vlot samen met collega’s, deelt kennis & ervaring.
  • Kan snel en nauwkeurig analyseren en oplossingen voor storingen aanbrengen/uitvoeren, zodat machines en installaties snel terug optimaal operationeel zijn.
  • Is bij voorkeur initiatiefrijk en proactief, kan goed zelfstandig werken en heeft weinig aansturing nodig om onderhoudstaken uit te oefenen.
  • Heeft een flexibele ingesteldheid en is besluitvaardig, is in staat om snel en doortastend om te gaan met onverwachte omstandigheden of tegenslagen.
  • Veiligheid- en kwaliteitsbewust, resultaatgericht zijn persoonlijke drivers.
