Onze klant is een toonaangevende productieonderneming binnen de voedingsindustrie, gevestigd in de regio Willebroek en onderdeel van een internationale groep. De organisatie beschikt over een uitgebreid en technisch uitdagend machinepark en investeert continu in automatisering, betrouwbaarheid en optimalisatie van de productie-installaties. Binnen de technische dienst heerst een hands-on cultuur waarin samenwerking, initiatief en technische kennisdeling centraal staan. Om het onderhoud tijdens het weekend verder te versterken, zoekt onze klant een onderhoudstechnieker die graag zelfstandig werkt en technische problemen structureel aanpakt.

Jobomschrijving

Als Onderhoudstechnieker Weekendploeg ligt de nadruk minder op snelle interventies en meer op kwalitatief en preventief onderhoud.

  • Uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud aan productie-installaties en machines
  • Verrichten van grondige en duurzame mechanische, elektrische en pneumatische herstellingen
  • Analyseren van technische defecten en voorkomen dat storingen opnieuw optreden
  • Herstellen, reviseren en voorbereiden van wisselstukken voor toekomstig gebruik
  • Zelfstandig uitvoeren en opvolgen van geplande onderhoudswerkzaamheden
  • Controleren van machines en installaties op betrouwbaarheid en goede werking
  • Geleidelijk opbouwen van expertise rond specifieke machines en installaties
  • Signaleren van verbeterpunten en voorstellen doen voor technische optimalisaties
  • Correct registreren en opvolgen van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden
  • Werken volgens de geldende veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en hygiënevoorschriften

Onze klant zoekt vooral een technisch sterke kandidaat die van aanpakken weet en zich comfortabel voelt met zelfstandig werken.

  • Je beschikt over een technische opleiding en/of relevante ervaring binnen industrieel onderhoud
  • Je hebt kennis van mechanica, elektriciteit en pneumatica
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur reeds ervaring binnen een industriële productieomgeving
  • Ervaring binnen de voedingsindustrie is een pluspunt, maar geen absolute vereiste
  • Je beschikt over een basiskennis van pc-toepassingen
  • Je bent hands-on, probleemoplossend en kwaliteitsgericht
  • Je kunt werkzaamheden zelfstandig plannen en uitvoeren
  • Je denkt verder dan de onmiddellijke herstelling en zoekt naar duurzame technische oplossingen
  • Je hecht veel belang aan veiligheid en kwaliteit
  • Je bent bereid om structureel in een vaste weekendploeg te werken
