Tijdens een inwerkperiode zorgen we ervoor dat je stap voor stap vertrouwd geraakt met

my24/7, onze werking en de manier waarop we ondersteuning bieden. Zo krijg je een sterke

basis om aan de slag te gaan.

Als online begeleider ondersteun je klanten via bellen, videobellen en binnenkort ook via

chat. Je beantwoordt inkomende oproepen van mensen met een ondersteuningsnood en

biedt een luisterend oor, denkt mee en helpt hen verder waar nodig.

De vragen waarmee klanten contact opnemen zijn erg uiteenlopend. Het kan gaan over

psychische of lichamelijke gezondheid, moeilijke momenten in het dagelijks leven, sociale

contacten, praktische of administratieve vragen, nood aan structuur of gewoon nood aan

iemand die even mee nadenkt.

Daarnaast registreer je gesprekken correct in het klantendossier en stem je af met collega’s

of externe zorginstanties wanneer een situatie daarom vraagt. Zo zorgen we samen voor

warme, kwalitatieve en continue ondersteuning.

  • Je krijgt energie van het mee uitbouwen van een vernieuwende vorm van ondersteuning en beweegt je flexibel binnen een digitale context die voortdurend in evolutie is.
  • Je hebt een diploma in een menswetenschappelijke richting of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Daarnaast heb je affiniteit met mensen met een ondersteuningsnood. Je bent iemand die op een warme, rustige en niet-oordelende manier aanwezig kan zijn. Je biedt klanten een veilige ruimte waarin ze zich gehoord voelen en vertrekt steeds vanuit hun mogelijkheden en autonomie.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken binnen duidelijke kaders en weet verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen in gesprekken en situaties die zich aandienen. Tegelijk sta je er nooit alleen voor: je maakt deel uit van een team waarin overleg, ondersteuning en afstemming centraal staan. Via gedeelde afspraken, teamkaders en online huisregels bewaken we samen respectvolle en kwaliteitsvolle ondersteuning.
  • Je bent stressbestendig, denkt oplossingsgericht en kan je vlot aanpassen aan uiteenlopende gesprekken en situaties. Het ene moment bied je rust in een emotioneel zwaar gesprek, het andere moment help je iemand verder met een praktische vraag.
  • Tot slot voel je je comfortabel in een digitale werkomgeving. Werken met online tools, videobellen en digitale dossiers schrikt jou niet af.
