NL Online / Performance Marketeer ScaleUp, StartUp Doetinchem Vast 45k We zoeken iemand die bij Needles de complete marketing gaat draaien. De campagnes waarmee onze klanten hun nieuwe mensen vinden, en de marketing waarmee wij zelf onze klanten binnenhalen. Het is een nieuwe functie, dus er ligt nog geen draaiboek klaar. Dat is meteen het leuke eraan en ook het lastige. Je krijgt input van onze founder en die denkt graag mee, maar niemand gaat je elke dag vertellen wat je moet doen. Dat verwachten we ook niet van je. Zoek je een plek waar je een half jaar mag inwerken voordat je iets mag beslissen? Dan is dit hem niet. Dan moeten we praten. Over Needles Needles doet recruitmentmarketing en is onderdeel van Haystack People. We helpen werkgevers via online campagnes aan nieuwe mensen en combineren daarbij recruitment, advertising, copy, data en automatisering. We zitten in Doetinchem, we zijn met z'n zessen en we gaan de komende jaren flink groeien. Geen managementlagen en geen urenregistratie waar iemand op zit te sturen. Het gaat er niet om hoeveel uur je op een klant schrijft, maar of onze campagnes beter worden. Wat je gaat doen 1. Campagnes die kandidaten écht in beweging krijgen Een klant heeft een vacature. Jij bedenkt hoe je daar de juiste mensen mee raakt, schrijft de advertentietekst, briefet ons designteam voor het beeld en zet het live in Meta. En dan ga je erbovenop zitten. Wat loopt, wat loopt niet, en waarom niet. Dat laatste is het belangrijkste. Dat een campagne na twee weken inzakt is normaal. Er niks mee doen is dat niet. 2. Optimaliseren, rapporteren, onderbouwen Geen export uit Meta doorsturen, maar een rapportage waar een klant echt iets aan heeft. Met wat je gaat aanpassen en waarom. Je werkt hierin samen met onze recruitment consultants: zij kennen de klant en de doelgroep, jij maakt er marketing van.
