Online woordvoerder Den Haag Over de vacature Dit ga je allemaal doen Werken bij de Nationale ombudsman? Daar kies je bewust voor. Je werkt vanuit je hart en je levert een bijdrage aan een goed functionerende samenleving waarin burgers, kinderen en veteranen zich door (overheids-) organisaties gehoord, gezien en begrepen voelen. Met zo'n 234 bevlogen professionals die werken voor de Nationale ombudsman, Kinderombudsman en Veteranenombudsman, dagen we de betrokken organisaties uit hun dienstverlening te verbeteren. Zodat wat goed is voor burgers, kinderen en veteranen, voorop staat in alles wat deze organisaties doen. Online kanalen Dagelijks zoeken mensen via onze online kanalen, waaronder social media, contact met de Nationale ombudsman, Kinderombudsman en Veteranenombudsman. Zij stellen ons bijvoorbeeld vragen of plaatsen opmerkingen onder onze berichten. Deze vragen of klachten zijn vaak persoonlijk, maar raken ook regelmatig aan bredere maatschappelijke kwesties. Als online woordvoerder geef jij richting aan online gesprekken met burgers. Daarbij reageer je niet alleen, maar geef je ook duiding aan deze gesprekken. Ook monitor jij welke andere online gesprekken voor ons relevant zijn en je gaat waar mogelijk ook proactief het gesprek aan. Altijd met als doel om burgers op weg te helpen. Zo draag jij bij aan een online herkenbare en heldere stem van de ombudsmannen. Jij kunt daarom als geen ander snel analyseren wat er speelt en wat iemand nodig heeft en daarop adequaat en netjes reageren. Je vindt in de toon die je kiest altijd de juiste balans tussen luisteren, toegankelijkheid en duidelijkheid. Wat heb je hiervoor nodig? Je bent nieuwsgierig, proactief en hebt een scherp afgestelde antenne voor wat er speelt binnen en buiten onze organisatie. Daardoor vind jij razendsnel je weg bij ons.
