Voor onze Ontbijt- & Lunchbar in de Zonnestraat te Gent zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste collega die mee wil bouwen aan de dagelijkse smaakbeleving van onze klanten.

Bij De Traiteur by Vandycke staan kwaliteit, vakmanschap en een persoonlijke service centraal. Als familiebedrijf zijn we trots op onze lunchgerechten, dagschotels, kraakverse salades en verfijnde meeneemgerechten. Binnen onze winkel is De Traiteur Café dé ontmoetingsplek voor een kwalitatief verwenmoment, een heerlijk ontbijt of een gezellige lunch ter plaatse.

Jouw functie en takenpakket:

Als Ontbijt- & Lunchbarmedewerker ben jij het gezicht én de organisatorische motor van onze horecahoek. Je zorgt ervoor dat elke klant met een glimlach onthaald wordt en dat de service vlot, gestructureerd en efficiënt verloopt, zodat onze gasten optimaal en stressvrij van hun kostbare lunchpauze kunnen genieten.

• Klanten hartelijk ontvangen, wegwijs maken en professioneel adviseren bij hun bestelling.

• Bestellingen vlot opnemen, correct invoeren en accuraat verwerken via het kassasysteem.

• Gerechten en dranken serveren met oog voor een verfijnde presentatie en een glimlach.

• Zorgen voor een geoliede doorstroom tijdens de drukke middagpiek, zodat klanten snel bediend worden.

• De bartoog en het zitgedeelte te allen tijde kraaknet, aantrekkelijk en verwelkomend houden.

• Betalingen correct afhandelen en kassaprocedures nauwgezet opvolgen.

• Mee zorgen voor een optimale hygiëne en het strikt naleven van de HACCP-normen.

• Inspelen op de behoeften van de klant om de dagelijkse service naar een nog hoger niveau te tillen.

Wij zoeken iemand die:

• Ervaring meebrengt: aantoonbare ervaring met zaalbediening, bestelsystemen of kassawerk in de horeca of een lunchbar is een absolute must.

• Snelheid en efficiëntie combineert met een warme, gastvrije en stressbestendige uitstraling.

• Affiniteit heeft met voeding, kwalitatieve producten en een verfijnde presentatie.

• Graag met mensen werkt en beschikt over een natuurlijke, commerciële flair.

• Een rasechte teamspeler is die graag schittert in een dynamische, familiale werkomgeving.

• Nauwkeurig, georganiseerd en proactief te werk gaat (je ziet werk en pakt dit zelfstandig aan).

• Een verzorgd voorkomen heeft en klantvriendelijkheid als absolute prioriteit ziet.

Een basiskennis van Frans is een pluspunt.
