The posting

In deze sleutelrol zal je de dossierbeheerders en de notaris(sen) ondersteunen op praktisch en administratief vlak :

  • Je start alle dossiers op (zowel fysiek als in de dossiersoftware) en bevestigt ontvangst ervan aan de cliënten.
  • Je doet administratieve opzoekingen voor het verlijden van de akte zoals bv. kadaster, OVAM, stedenbouw en kantoor Rechtszekerheid.
  • Je fungeert als eerste aanspreekpunt voor het cliënteel en de verschillende overheidsadministraties.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de tekoopstelling van vastgoed via het kantoor:

je neemt foto’s ter plaatse, je plaatst advertenties voor het vastgoed onder andere via het Biddit-platform, je organiseert bezoeken en je volgt de aanbiedingen op.

  • Bij afwezigheid van onze receptioniste, onthaal je eveneens de cliënten.

Na een inwerkperiode zal je de kans krijgen om je vakdomein uit te breiden met bv. post-akte formaliteiten of een uitbreiding van je taken bij de voorbereiding van bepaalde krediet- of verkoopakten.

Je profiel

  • Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring met administratieve taken in de vastgoedsector, het notariaat (of een andere juridische sector), in een bank of bij een verzekeringsmaatschappij.
  • Je hebt een grondige kennis van de Franse taal, waarin je mondeling en schriftelijk op professionele wijze kunt communiceren.
  • Je kan vlot overweg met de courante informaticatoepassingen (Outlook, Word, Excel, …) en bent steeds bereid om nieuwe programma’s aan te leren.
  • Je bent sterk in organisatie en in het stellen van prioriteiten.
  • Je integreert gemakkelijk in een groep en bent vlot in contacten met cliënten.
