Wat ga je doen? Als onthaalouder vang je kinderen van 0 tot 3,5 jaar op bij jou thuis, op uren die je zelf mee bepaalt en met ondersteuning van i-mens. Je tovert je woning om tot een uitdagende, hygiënische en veilige omgeving voor kinderen. Jouw takenpakket als onthaalouder is gevarieerd:

  • Je begeleidt de kinderen in hun eerste stapjes in het leven en stimuleert hun ontwikkeling;
  • Je speelt in op de talenten en de interesses van de kinderen;
  • Je houdt rekening met de emotionele behoeften van de kinderen;
  • Je biedt opvang en zorg en organiseert leerrijke, creatieve dagactiviteiten. Je behoudt het evenwicht tussen spel-, verzorgings-, rust- en eetmomenten;
  • Je werkt samen met het gezin als partner in de opvoeding. Je wisselt informatie uit met de ouders en maakt samen afspraken;
  • Je houdt nauwkeurig bij welke kindjes aanwezig waren en wanneer ze werden gebracht en opgehaald.
  • Je hebt een hart voor kinderen en helpt hen om hun eerste stappen in de wereld te zetten;
  • Je bent zorgzaam en geduldig;
  • Je kan goed organiseren;
  • Je gaat spontaan en correct in dialoog met kinderen, ouders en verantwoordelijke(n) van de dienst. Zo werken we het beste samen;
  • Als onthaalouder heb je een geldig kwalificatiebewijs nodig. We bekijken graag samen met jou of jouw diploma nu al in aanmerking komt. Als dat nog niet het geval is dan kan je dit alsnog behalen terwijl je al aan de slag gaat. Wij begeleiden je graag hierbij en voorzien hier ook een premie voor.
