Bij Konnekt zijn we op zoek naar een Ontwerpingenieur.

Wil jij als mechanisch ontwerper niet alleen iets uittekenen, maar ook zien hoe jouw ontwerp gebouwd, getest en uiteindelijk gebruikt wordt in productie?

Onze klant is een internationaal actieve industriële productieorganisatie met een bijzonder sterke interne technische expertise. Engineering, productie, maintenance en machinebouw werken er nauw samen en een belangrijk deel van de machines, tooling en technische productiemiddelen wordt specifiek voor de eigen productieomgeving ontwikkeld en geoptimaliseerd.

Hierdoor zit je als ontwerper bijzonder dicht bij de praktijk. Je krijgt rechtstreeks feedback van de mensen die met jouw ontwerpen werken en kan verbeteringen ook daadwerkelijk terugbrengen naar een volgend ontwerp.

Voor het engineeringteam zoeken we een Ontwerpingenieur.

Functieomschrijving Als Ontwerpingenieur Tooling ontwikkel en optimaliseer je mechanische tools voor een complexe productieomgeving.

Je verantwoordelijkheid stopt niet wanneer de technische tekening klaar is. Je volgt het traject verder op tijdens de bouw, testing en ingebruikname en kan zo zelf beoordelen hoe jouw ontwerp in de praktijk presteert.

Je bent onder andere verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Het ontwerpen van nieuwe matrijzen, mechanische tools en aanverwante systemen.
  • Het uitwerken van technische ontwerpen en uitvoeringstekeningen in 2D en 3D.
  • Het bepalen en controleren van technische specificaties en toleranties.
  • Het afstemmen van technische vereisten met interne stakeholders en externe partners.
  • Het technisch opvolgen van de bouw van nieuwe tooling.
  • Het begeleiden van de eerste testing en ingebruikname in productie.
  • Het analyseren van technische problemen en stilstanden die verband houden met tooling.
  • Het optimaliseren van bestaande ontwerpen en productiemiddelen.
  • Het ondersteunen van productie bij technische vraagstukken.
  • Het meewerken aan continuous improvement en verdere digitalisering binnen engineering.

De precieze invulling kan mee evolueren met jouw achtergrond. Als starter krijg je de mogelijkheid om het vak grondig te leren en veel op de werkvloer aanwezig te zijn. Heb je al meer ervaring, dan kan je sneller verantwoordelijkheid opnemen over complexere ontwerpen en grotere projecten.

  • Je behaalde een Bachelor- of Masterdiploma Elektromechanica, Werktuigkunde, Mechanisch Ontwerp of een vergelijkbare technische richting.
  • Je hebt een uitgesproken interesse in mechanisch ontwerp, tooling en productieprocessen.
  • Ervaring met NX, AutoCAD en/of andere 2D- en 3D-ontwerpsoftware is een belangrijke meerwaarde.
  • Je bent analytisch, nauwkeurig en technisch creatief.
  • Je wil niet uitsluitend achter een bureau zitten, maar vindt het interessant om jouw ontwerpen ook in de praktijk te volgen.
  • Je communiceert vlot met engineering, productie en externe technische partners.
  • Nederlands beheers je op C2-niveau.
  • Je kan je professioneel uitdrukken in het Engels.
