ONTWERPLEIDER HBO/WO 32-40 uur Verbinder met de juiste technische knowhow Ben jij degene die met jouw technische kennis moeiteloos de brug slaat tussen de specialisten en de uitvoering? En krijg jij energie van het samenbrengen van theorie en praktijk? Voor onze groeiende ontwerpafdeling zijn wij op zoek naar een gedreven en ervaren ontwerpleider. In deze rol ben jij dé spil in het ontwerpproces van tenders en projecten. Jij stelt de ontwerpaanvraag mee op, selecteert de juiste in- of externe ontwerpers voor het project en stuurt het ontwerpteam bestaande uit ontwerpers, tekenaars, modelleurs en andere specialisten aan. Je toetst de ontwerpen aan de hand van de door onze opdrachtgever gestelde eisen en wensen. Met jouw eigen specialisme als basis ben je in staat om ontwerpen binnen infra, civiel en waterbouw op hoofdlijnen te overzien en goed te doorgronden. Met jouw technische kennis in combinatie met je goede communicatieve én sociale vaardigheden spreek je de taal van de specialisten in je team. Je weet met deze talenten de leden uit je ontwerpteam te inspireren tot de beste ontwerpen en innovatieve ideeën. Uiteraard met oog voor kwaliteit en binnen het afgegeven (ontwerp)budget. Je denkt commercieel mee en weet proactief de kansrijke ontwerpoptimalisaties te benoemen, uit te (laten) werken en te beoordelen. Tot slot ben je een sparringpartner voor het hoofd van onze projectverwerving en de regiomanagers/projectleiders over ontwerp gerelateerde zaken. Onze afdeling en werkplek Op onze ontwerpafdeling werk je samen met 9 collega's in een enthousiast en veelzijdig team van ontwerpleiders, waterbouwkundig ontwerpers, data engineers, GIS-specialisten en modelleurs.
