Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung 1 OP Fachkraft / OP Assistenz (OTA)

DEINE AUFGABEN

- Fachliche Beratung von Kliniken und OP-Teams: Unterstützung bei Fragen zur Anwendung, Handhabung

und Sicherheit der Produkte.

- Durchführung von Produktschulungen direkt in Kliniken: Einweisung von Ärzt_innen, OP-Pflege und

medizinischem Personal in neue Produkte

- Praktische Testung neuer Produkte unter realistischen OP-Bedingungen

- Unterstützung bei Produktentwicklung und Optimierung

- Analyse von Anwenderfeedback aus Kliniken

- Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb und Produktmanagement

- Erstellung von Schulungsunterlagen und Anwendungsempfehlungen

DEIN PROFIL

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als OP-Schwester / OTA oder gleichwertige Qualifikation

- Berufserfahrung im OP-Bereich

- Strukturierte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise

- Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Zuverlässigkeit und Teamfähigkeit

- Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift der Position entsprechend

- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

GEHALT

Für diese Stelle wird ein kollektivvertragliches Mindestentgelt ab € 75.000,- brutto pro Jahr Vollzeit (38,5h) angesetzt. Die tatsächliche Vergütung ist abhängig von Qualifikation & Berufserfahrung.
