Votre fonction

En tant qu'opérateur de pâte, vous êtes responsable de la préparation des pâtes selon les recettes et les normes de qualité établies. Vous veillez au bon déroulement du processus de production et intervenez lorsque cela est nécessaire.

Vos tâches

  • Préparer différentes sortes de pâte selon les recettes.
  • Gérer et contrôler les matières premières.
  • Régler, utiliser et adapter les machines de production.
  • Effectuer des contrôles qualité sur la pâte et les biscuits finis.
  • Résoudre de petites pannes et dysfonctionnements techniques.
  • Communiquer et collaborer avec le doseur et les autres collègues au sein de la production.
  • Veiller à l'ordre, à la propreté, à la sécurité et à l'hygiène sur le lieu de travail.

Votre profil

  • Vous avez de préférence de l'expérience dans un environnement de production ; une expérience dans le secteur alimentaire est un atout.
  • Vous avez un esprit technique et savez régler et ajuster les machines de manière autonome.
  • Vous travaillez avec précision et êtes attentif à la qualité.
  • Vous êtes un(e) joueur(se) d'équipe avec une attitude positive.
  • Vous résistez au stress et assumez vos responsabilités.
  • Vous êtes disposé(e) à effectuer un travail physiquement exigeant.
