Intégrez notre PME certifiée FSSC 22000 pour fabriquer des produits artisanaux de qualité : massepain, brésilienne et nougatine. Missions : surveillance des machines, préparation et mélange des ingrédients, contrôle qualité, emballage, manutention et entretien des zones de production. Évoluez vers l'autonomie complète avec responsabilités croissantes.

Nous cherchons une personne motivée, fiable et impliquée, qui a envie de s'investir concrètement dans la production de produits sucrés belges de qualité. Vous êtes à l'aise dans un environnement de production et vous aimez le travail bien fait. Vous pouvez rapidement gagner en autonomie, prendre des responsabilités et réagir efficacement en cas d'imprévu. Travailler debout et maintenir un bon rythme ne vous fait pas peur. L'hygiène et la sécurité alimentaire sont essentielles pour vous. Vous êtes rigoureux, propre et respectez strictement les règles en place (zoning, nettoyage, traçabilité). Dans ce cadre, nous recherchons une personne non-fumeuse pendant les shifts, et capable de manipuler des charges pouvant aller jusqu'à 25 kg. Vous aimez travailler en équipe, communiquer clairement en français (niveau natif ou C2) et contribuer à une bonne ambiance au quotidien. Une expérience dans le secteur agroalimentaire, une formation HACCP, ou encore un permis chariot élévateur sont des plus, mais pas indispensables si vous êtes motivé et prêt à apprendre.
