Asesorar a los clientes sobre otros productos o servicios, así como de posibles errores o mejoras que se puedan realizar en la web. FUNCTIONS: To answer in English, via telephone, email or chat, to the doubts that webhosting customers may have, to advise customers about other products or services, to advise customers about possible mistakes or improvements that can be made on the web. REQUISITOS:Graduado escolar y conocimiento de inglés, al menos, nivel C1. REQUIREMENTS: School Graduate and knowledge of English, at least, level C1. CONDICIONES: Contrato indefinido desde mayo 2023. Salario: 16800¤ brutos/año, se pagan variables por vacaciones, fines de semana, nocturnidad, transporte e incentivos por ventas. 39h/semanales en turnos rotativos, de lunes a domingo, con dos días libres consecutivos a la semana y horario de trabajo a turnos de 12:00 a 2:00h. A medio plazo, posibilidad de teletrabajo CONDITIONS: Permanent contract since May 2023. Salary: 16800¤ gross/year, variables are paid for holidays, weekends, night work, transport and sales incentives. 39h/week in rotating shifts, from Monday to Sunday,with two consecutive days off per week and shift work schedule starting between 12:00 to 2:00h,.
