* Gesamtverantwortung für die OT-Sicherheitsarchitektur in Produktions- und Automatisierungsumgebungen

* Design, Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung von Netzwerksegmentierungskonzepten (Zonen & Conduits, Defense-in-Depth)

* Definition, Implementierung und Überwachung von Zugriffskontrollen für OT-Systeme und -Anwendungen

* Steuerung und Freigabe des Patch- und Update-Managements für OT-Komponenten unter GMP- und Validierungsaspekten

* Konzeption und Betrieb sicherer Remote-Zugriffslösungen intern und externe Dienstleister

* Verantwortung für Backup- & Recovery-Strategien inkl. regelmäßiger Wiederherstellungstests

* Aufbau und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung eines strukturierten Schwachstellenmanagements für OT-Systeme

* Planung und Durchführung von Schulungen und Awareness-Maßnahmen für OT-relevante Mitarbeitergruppen

* Sicherstellung und Weiterentwicklung der Compliance mit regulatorischen und normativen Anforderungen (z.B. GMP, GAMP5, IEC 62443, ISO 27001)

* Coaching und Beratung von Kollegen sowie Schnittstellenfunktion zu IT, QA und Produktion

* Mitarbeit an Audits, Inspektionen und Risikobewertungen

Was wir von Ihnen erwarten

* Abgeschlossen Berufsausbildung (HTL, Studium) im Bereich Informatik, Automatisierungstechnik, Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

* Mehrjährige (mind. 5 Jahre) Berufserfahrung im OT- oder ICS-Umfeld, idealerweise in der pharmazeutischen Industrie

* Tiefgehende Kenntnisse in OT-Security, industriellen Netzwerken und Automatisierungssystemen

* Erfahrung mit regulatorischen und validierten Umgebungen

* Nachweisliche Erfahrung in Architekturdesign, Risikomanagement und Governance

* Hohe Eigenverantwortung, strategisches Denken und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke

* Solide Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
