The posting

Je krijgt een centrale rol in het uitwerken en implementeren van de operationele transformatie op de site in Zeebrugge. Daarbij combineer je procesanalyse, operational excellence en change management om de werking structureel te verbeteren.

  • Uitwerken en implementeren van een strategie voor operationele transformatie in lijn met de contractdoelstellingen.
  • Analyseren en optimaliseren van bestaande procedures en werkprocessen, met focus op continuous improvement en process optimization.
  • Opzetten, opvolgen en rapporteren van KPI's en performance-indicatoren richting management.
  • Uitvoeren van periodieke doorlichtingen (audits) van de operaties en opstellen van concrete actieplannen.
  • Nauw samenwerken en coördineren met de Superintendent Operations en het bredere operationele team om verbetertrajecten uit te rollen.
  • Ondersteunen van de Site Manager bij strategische beslissingen op basis van data-analyse en KPI-reporting.
  • Begeleiden van change management trajecten binnen de organisatie en verankeren van nieuwe werkwijzen.
  • Opvolgen van best practices binnen de maritieme en defensiesector en deze vertalen naar de eigen operaties, inclusief deelname aan meetings met de klant over procesverbetering en operationele prestaties.

Je combineert een stevige technische achtergrond met ervaring in operational excellence en continue verbetering. Je voelt je thuis in een maritieme of technische omgeving en kan mensen meenemen in verandering.

  • Scheepsbouwkundig ingenieur of industrieel ingenieur (elektrotechniek en/of werktuigbouwkunde), of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Ervaring met continue verbetering, operational excellence, lean of vergelijkbare methodieken (zoals 6 Sigma DMAIC, PDCA, Kaizen).
  • Praktische ervaring met BPMN procesmapping en het structureren van processen.
  • Sterke analytische vaardigheden en affiniteit met KPI-opvolging, performance-indicatoren en rapportering.
  • Ervaring in de maritieme sector of technische dienstverlening is een uitgesproken troef.
  • Uitgebouwde leiderschaps- en peoplemanagementvaardigheden, met vlotte interpersoonlijke en communicatieve skills.
  • Commercieel en ondernemend ingesteld, met openheid voor digitale technologieën.
  • In het bezit van een rijbewijs B en taalvaardig in Nederlands, Frans en Engels; goede kennis van MS Office.
