Operationeel Administratief Medewerker

FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

  • Je beheert operationele dossiers van A tot Z en zorgt voor een correcte administratieve opvolging.
  • Je verwerkt werkorders, administratieve documenten en andere relevante gegevens in het interne systeem.
  • Je houdt de status van lopende dossiers en containers nauwkeurig up-to-date.
  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de operationele afdeling en zorgt voor een vlotte communicatie tussen de verschillende betrokken partijen.
  • Je onderhoudt dagelijks contact met klanten via telefoon en e-mail.
  • Je bewaart het overzicht over meerdere dossiers tegelijk en past snel prioriteiten aan wanneer de planning wijzigt.

PROFIEL

  • Je beschikt over minstens 4 à 5 jaar relevante administratieve ervaring binnen een logistieke, technische of productieomgeving.
  • Je bent klaar om extra verantwoordelijkheden op te nemen en hebt de ambitie om op termijn door te groeien naar een ondersteunende rol naast de teamleader.
  • Je werkt vlot met digitale toepassingen en leert nieuwe software snel aan.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels. Kennis van Frans en/of Duits is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk, werkt nauwkeurig en behoudt het overzicht, ook tijdens drukke momenten.
  • Je beschikt over eigen vervoer om de werkplaats te bereiken.
  • Je bent beschikbaar voor een voltijdse tewerkstelling (39 uur per week) of een 4/5-regime. Bij een 4/5-regeling is woensdag een vaste werkdag.

  • Vaste daguren van 8.30 uur tot 17.00 uur.
  • Een bediendecontract onder PC 200.

  • Deze functie wordt volledig op locatie uitgevoerd. Thuiswerk en glijdende werkuren zijn niet voorzien.
  • Je komt terecht in een omgeving waar initiatief wordt gewaardeerd en waar er op termijn doorgroeimogelijkheden zijn naar een meer coördinerende rol.
